How to get here​

A trip to Dagupan from Balintawak exit is about 202 kilometers away.
You will be passing by the NLEX and SCTEX , connect to TPLEX and exit at Paniqui. You could either pass through Camiling or Urdaneta. A car trip would last between 3 to 5 hours depending on traffic.
Bus Rides from Manila to Dagupan will cost between 350 to 400 pesos and will take an average time of 5hours. Tricycle ride from the Bus Station to Ciudad Elmina will be in the range of 20 to 30pesos.
Location
Ciudad Elmina Fishing Village is located in Bacayao Norte, Dagupan City, Pangasinan. The easiest way to enter it is through Arzadon Compound Road in between the Dagupan Doctors Villaflor Hospital and BHF-PUREGOLD supermarket along Mayombo District Road. It is about 900meters away from the major bus terminals of Dagupan City. Buses servicing Dagupan from Manila are Victory Liner, Five Star, Dagupan Bus, Solid North to name a few.
